30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can start your return any time on our returns page.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@mansted.dk or call us at +45 93 60 68 33. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the price paid for the goods as well as the standard delivery cost of your original order within 5 business days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must show no signs of use beyond simply trying it on. Please include a note with your name and order number inside the parcel.
How to Return an Item
Start your return on our returns page, where you can either buy a prepaid return label and follow the guided steps, or send the item back yourself with any carrier. If you send it yourself, pack the item securely, place a note inside with your name and order number, and ship the parcel to our return address below. Make sure the parcel is delivered Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs
To keep our prices fair for everyone, we ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will of course cover any return costs — just reach out to us at customerservice@mansted.dk or +45 93 60 68 33 and we'll sort it out right away.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may require a few additional days to process and post the refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at customerservice@mansted.dk with a photo and description of the issue. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. This does not affect your right of withdrawal on the original order.
2-Year Legal Guarantee
Under EU law (Directive 2019/771), you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all goods purchased from us. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you have the right to have it repaired, replaced, or refunded.
