Terms of service

Welcome to Mansted’s Terms of Service. We’ve kept the legal essentials but explained them in everyday language, so you can quickly find what matters to you. If anything is unclear, please email us at customerservice@mansted.dk or call +45 93 60 68 33 – we are ready to help.


1. General Information

Throughout these terms, “we” / “us” means Frisbæk ApS / Mansted, and “you” means you as our customer.


2. Agreement to Our Terms

When you place an order on mansted.dk, you accept the terms on this page. The newest version will always be here, so please review it each time you shop. If you do not accept these terms, you unfortunately will not be able to place an order.


3. Ordering from Mansted.dk

  • Age requirement: You must be 18 + or have parental / guardian consent.

  • Store hours: The webshop is open 24/7. Orders on weekends or public holidays are processed next business day.

  • Order steps:

    1. Add items to cart.

    2. Review cart & details.

    3. Click “Pay now” – your order is placed.

    4. Receive an order-confirmation email (our agreement is now binding).

  • Need to correct something? Contact us immediately at customerservice@mansted.dk or +45 93 60 68 33.

  • Order refusal: We may cancel if payment cannot be verified, an order appears fraudulent, or an obvious website error occurs. You’ll be notified and fully refunded.


4. Prices & Payment

  • Currencies:

    • If your delivery address is in Denmark or Sweden, you pay in DKK.

    • If your delivery address is in any other EU country, you pay in EUR.

    • The webshop automatically shows the correct currency once you enter your shipping address.

  • VAT included: All prices displayed already include the local VAT rate for your delivery country. The exact VAT amount is shown in your order summary before you pay.

  • Transparent total: At checkout you will clearly see:

    1. Product subtotal (in DKK or EUR, including VAT)

    2. Chosen shipping cost

    3. Grand total – the amount you authorize on your card.

  • Payment timing: Your bank may reserve the amount when you place the order, but we only capture payment when your parcel ships. The initial hold then releases automatically, according to your card issuer’s rules.

  • Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay (DK only), Maestro and American Express.


5. Delivery

  • Estimated times

    • Denmark: 1–3 business days

    • EU: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery method: Orders to Denmark are delivered to your chosen GLS parcel shop or to your home address. Orders to other EU countries are delivered to a local parcel shop. Home delivery is available in selected EU countries - See our Shipping Policy for details.
  • Risk: We carry the risk until the goods are delivered. After delivery, responsibility is yours.


6. Wrong / Faulty Product

If something is wrong, email customerservice@mansted.dk or call +45 93 60 68 33 with your order number. You may choose:

  • Return for full refund

  • Exchange for a fault-free item

  • Keep it with an agreed price reduction

We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.


7. Warranty Complaints

  • Inform us as soon as possible and within 2 years of delivery if you discover a defect.

8. Returns – How To

If you need to send something back, please follow the steps below:

  1. Pack the item securely and place a note inside the parcel with your name and order number.

  2. Ship to:
    Frisbæk ApS
    Naverland 22A
    2600 Glostrup
    Denmark

  3. Make sure the parcel is delivered Monday–Friday, 8:00 – 16:00 (our warehouse opening hours).

  4. Keep your postal receipt and tracking number until the return is complete.

Tip: Use a trackable shipping service – you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. If the item shows signs of use beyond simply trying it on, we may deduct a fair amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.


9. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

  • Countdown: 30 days from the day after you receive your order.

  • Tell us: Email us at customerservice@mansted.dk 

  • Send back within 30 days after you notify us (return shipping at your cost).

  • Refund:  If you return within 14 days (EU right of withdrawal), we will refund the product price plus your original standard delivery cost within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. If you return between 15–30 days, we will refund the product price only. We may wait until we have the item or proof of return before processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

10. Force Majeure

Extraordinary events (e.g., natural disaster, strike) outside our control may delay or prevent delivery. We’ll keep you informed and either find a solution or refund you.


11. Personal Data

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.


12. Website Errors

We strive for accuracy but typos or price errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and contact you if they affect your order.


13. Assignment

We may transfer our rights/obligations (e.g., in a company reorganisation). Your consumer rights stay the same.


14. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  2. If unresolved, you can complain to the Danish Center for Klageløsning (Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark) or via their online portal: https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk.

  3. EU residents may also use the EU ODR platform : https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr


15. Governing Law & Venue

All purchases are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be settled by a competent Danish court near Frisbæk ApS.
