Delivery Times
Denmark: 1–3 business days
Other EU countries: 2–5 business days
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Glostrup, Denmark. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. If we anticipate any delays beyond these timeframes, we will notify you with an updated delivery estimate.

Delivery Method
Orders are delivered to your nearest GLS parcel shop. We automatically select the parcel shop closest to your delivery address. If you prefer a specific parcel shop, you are welcome to let us know by:

Home delivery is available in Denmark and Sweden at 99 DKK, and in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Poland at 15 EUR.
Once your parcel ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. Parcels delivered to a parcel shop are typically held for a limited time before being returned to us, so please collect your parcel as soon as you are notified.
